This web site is intended to facilitate sharing of information among Members of the CEO Health and Safety Leadership Charter so that our collective health and safety performance can be improved. We have posted this Privacy Policy to let you know what kind of information we collect, how it is handled and how it may be shared so that you may make informed decisions when using this site.
As we continue to develop our web site and take advantage of technologies to improve the services we offer, this policy likely will change. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you remain familiar with our current Privacy Policy.

Web Site Usage
Our Web servers track general information about visitors such as their IP address, domain name, time and duration of visit, pages viewed and identify categories of visitors by such domains and browser types. This information is used in aggregate form, to better serve visitors by helping us to:
- Improve our site
- Diagnose any technical problems
- Improve the content of our Web site
- Investigate any attempt to damage the Web site.

This web site generates a Session ID cookie that helps the server software keep track of each member that is currently logged in to the member area. This provides a more secure method of maintaining a member’s login credentials. General web site visitors (non-members) do not need this cookie to enjoy the public areas of the site. This information is intended for the collective benefit and use of Charter Members.
Company Profile
Basic company and contact information is available to other Charter Members to help them contact and share with others. This information includes:
- CEO name, e-mail, phone number
- Company name, size sector/industry and location
This information is not made available to third parties.
When you provide us with your e-mail address, we will use it to inform you of upcoming events, new features on our site, and periodically to send mailings to you regarding Charter developments. Your e-mail address is not shared with non-Members.
Improvement Objectives
The Charter is all about Health and Safety improvement, and Charter Members are asked to identify their Improvement Objectives within 6 months of becoming a Member.
Partnering
CEOs joining the Charter commit to help each other by providing and receiving best practices.
Is Your Information Secure?
To help ensure the security of access to member accounts, the web site does not allow members to choose their own passwords. Instead, the site generates passwords using an algorithm that ensures that each password is unique and difficult to crack. If a password is forgotten, a new one may be generated and emailed to the designated contact for that account.

We provide links to websites that we believe share our values and contain information we hope is useful to our Members. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any Web sites linked with our Web site.
