We know that CEOs face similar challenges: How do I get my Board of Directors on side with this? How do I get my staff more engaged? Odds are, that the issues you face are faced by your peers. A workshop can be a large event, or it can be as simple as an informal get together over coffee to share best practices. The Conference Board team can help you develop the idea, send out the invites and arrange the logistics. As a member of the CEO Charter, you have the opportunity and the resources to reach other leaders who can learn from your experience and bring fresh input to the table.

5th Annual Leadership Summit: DNA of a Winning Culture – Making it Happen
