The CEO safety charter is being promoted in the European Community. During a recent visit to Vilnius, Lithuania, Ted Vandevis, President & CEO of Electrical Utilities Safety Association promoted the charter, its founder Duncan Hawthorne and the openess of the charter to foreign signatories.
